Jan 21 (Reuters) - Italian regional utility Hera HRA.MI on Wednesday targeted a core profit growth of 1.76 billion euros ($2.06 billion) in its industrial plan to 2029.
Hera's shares fell as much as 3% after the plan issuance.
The Bologna-based utility also reported preliminary 2025 results posting earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) above 1.53 billion euros and net profit exceeding 460 million euros.
Hera forecast a 27% rise in its 2029 dividends to 0.19 euros per share, while for 2025 it expects a shareholder remuneration of 0.16 euros.
