NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED ON THE IRISH STOCK EXCHANGE 
CREDIT SUISSE AG, ACTING THROUGH ITS LONDON BRANCH (the "Issuer")
Series SPLB2017-159 SEK Credit Linked Notes linked to Hertz Corporation (the "Reference Entity") due 2023 (ISIN: XS1567776841) (the "Securities")
 
 
Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in Programme Memorandum dated 23 August 2016 as supplemented by the Product Supplement for Credit Linked Securities dated 31 December 2017, as completed by the Pricing Supplement dated 21 March 2017, save to the extent supplemented or modified herein.
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 26 May 2020, the Credit Derivatives Determination Committee ("CDDC") resolved that a Bankruptcy Credit Event (as defined in the 2014 International Swaps and Derivatives Association Credit Derivative Definitions) had occurred in respect of the Reference Entity. 
 
Pursuant to the Auction held on 24 June 2020, a Credit Event Settlement Amount of SEK 13,187.50 per Calculation Amount shall be paid on the Scheduled Maturity Date.
