** Shares of property and casualty insurer Heritage
Insurance Holdings  HRTG.N  down 7.5% at $6.79 in early trade  
    ** Co's previously announced underwritten public offering of
~3.7 mln shares priced at $6.75 per share
    ** Co intends to raise about $25 mln from the offering
    ** HRTG has ~26.78 mln outstanding shares - LSEG 
    ** Including the session's losses, stock is up 276.7% YTD
