March 13 (Reuters) - Herkules SA  HRSP.WA : 
     
    * Said on Thursday that a third person bought on behalf of 
the company 41,7 pct stake (3,287 shares) in Przedsiebiorstwo 
Gospodarki Maszynami Budownictwa (PGMB) Budopol SA between March 
31, 2014 and March 12, 2015 
    * PGMB Budopol rents and provides servicing of cranes 
    * Plans to further increase stake in Budopol
