    * Said on Monday that an investor acting on behalf of the 
company reached 50.18 percent stake of Przedsiebiorstwo 
Gospodarki Maszynami Budownictwa Budopol SA (PGMB Budopol), on 
July 13 
    * Investor acting on behalf of the company acquired shares 
of PGMB Budopol for an average price of 1.134 zloty ($0.3045)per
