    * Says it receives notice from SMBC Nikko Securities Inc,
confirming subscription of 25,800 new shares in private
placement 
    * SMBC Nikko Securities will pay 107.3 million yen (4,160.04

per share) to the co
    * Subscription date on May 22 and payment date on May 23
    * Proceeds will be mainly used for server purchase, research
expenditure, personnel cost and advertising expenses
