* Says it will set up a unit in Czech Republic, with its
subsidiary TSK of AMERICA INC., in October
* Says the unit will be engaged in the production and sales
of door modular, with a registered capital of 18 million euros
* Says the company and the subsidiary will hold 50 percent
stake in the JV respectively
