** Shares of High-Tech Metals Ltd  HTM.AX  rise as much as
4.8% to A$0.220, their highest since May 8
    ** Mineral exploration co says has been granted Ketele
exploration licence in Ethiopia
    ** Adds co expands critical minerals portfolio through
license which is considered prospective for LCT
(lithium-cesium-tantalum) mineralisation
    ** Says work started to evaluate potential for lithium and
associated elements at site
    ** HTM marks its biggest intraday jump since Nov. 29
    ** 67,500 shares change hands, vs the 30-day average volume
of 33,063 shares
