10.3% to A$0.43, their highest since Nov 25
    ** Gold and copper miner signs binding heads of agreement to
acquire an 80% interest in lithium project located near town of
Uis in Namibia, Africa
    ** Agreement signed with Earth Dimensions Consulting
(Pty)Ltd 
    ** Says acquisition increases strategic footprint of co's
Uis Lithium Project 
    ** Shares of co up 69.6% YTD, as of last close
