Change of name to Hill & Smith PLC

 

The Group today confirms its name has changed from Hill & Smith Holdings
PLC to Hill & Smith PLC.

 

At the Annual General Meeting on 24 May 2022, the Group sought shareholder
approval to implement the name change within six months of the date of the
meeting, with 99.99% of votes cast in favour. The change has now taken effect
and the London Stock Exchange will be updated to reflect this in due course.

 

Existing shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected.
Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for
all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.

 

The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and ticker symbol of the Group's ordinary shares
remain unchanged. The Group's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) remains
2138003A3ISGQZBOWI83.

 

A new Group website has also been launched: www.hsgroup.com
