that it has been notified that Hannah Nichols, Chief Financial Officer of Hill
& Smith, has purchased 1,628 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares').

 

As a result of this transaction, Hannah Nichols now has a beneficial interest
in 3,106 Ordinary Shares and retains share options over 122,388 Ordinary
