Hill & Smith PLC (the 'Company' or 'Hill & Smith') announces that it
has been notified that on 1 April 2026 Mr Alan Giddins, Chair, transferred
29,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') as a charitable
donation by way of a gift for nil consideration to the National Philanthropic
Trust UK Limited (Charity Registration Number - 1181128).

 

As a result of this transaction, Mr Giddins now has a beneficial interest in
68,350 Ordinary Shares.
