Hill & Smith PLC ("Hill & Smith" or "the Group"), the international
provider of sustainable infrastructure products and services, today announces
that Hannah Nichols, Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has decided to leave
the Group to take up the same position at Coats Group plc.
Hannah has been with Hill & Smith since September 2019. She will leave the
Group at the end of March 2025, after the full year results.
