Hill & Smith PLC ('the Company')

Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

Hill & Smith PLC announces that on 18 and 19 April 2024 its Employee
Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased 6,798 & 23,724 ordinary shares of 25 pence
each in the Company, at an average price of £18.678015 per share. The EBT is
in the process of acquiring up to a further 44,478 ordinary shares and the
Company will update the market again in due course.

 

All of the purchased shares will be used to satisfy the vesting of shares
under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plans or Executive Share Option
Scheme.

 

Following the purchases, the EBT holds 68,662 ordinary shares, representing
0.085% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital as at today is 80,386,428 ordinary shares.
