** Shares of Hills Ltd  HIL.AX  jump as much as 10% to
A$0.165, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since Oct 13,
2020 
    ** The technology solutions distributor signed a three-year
exclusive distribution agreement with U.S-based GetWellNetwork,
Inc, a co that develops patient care solutions  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX6c7FTd
    ** Under agreement, co to become exclusive distributor of
GetWellNetwork's GetWell Loop and GetWell Inpatient products in
Australia and New Zealand
    ** Stock at its highest since March 2
    ** More than 441,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of about 215,000 shares
    ** Stock down 14.3% this year, as of last close
