Hills Limited is an Australia-based company. The principal activities of the Company are to supply technology solutions in healthcare and installation of communication technology in residential and commercial premises. The Company operates through two segments: Hills Health Solutions and Hills Technical Solutions. Hills Health Solutions segment designs, supplies and installs health technology solutions, nurse call and patient engagement and other related solutions, including security, wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) and telephony into the health and aged care sectors. It also offers shared services and service capabilities to complement its portfolio. Hills Technical Solutions segment provides technology installation and maintenance services for residential and commercial premises across Australia and New Zealand. The Company provides end-to-end, business-to-business (B2B) solutions in the building technologies sector, offering product solutions across all verticals.
