** Shares of Hills Ltd  HIL.AX  climb as much as 55% to
A$0.031, set for a record intraday pct rise if gains hold
    ** Healthcare tech company says completed a placement for
A$0.9 mln ($604,170.00) with Historical Holdings Pty
    ** Issue price of A$0.03 represents a premium of 50% to the
last closing price of A$0.02 on March 16
    ** Stock hits highest since Feb. 15
    ** More than 2.1 mln shares change hands, highest since
Sept. 1, 2022
    ** Stock down 64.3% this year, as of last close
