The Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at Hilton Food Group
plc, 2-8 The Interchange, Latham Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 6YE on
Tuesday 19 May 2026 commencing at 9am.

 

The AGM will be an in-person physical meeting. Shareholders who will not be
attending the meeting are encouraged to submit a proxy vote in advance.
