BUZZ-Hims & Hers climbs on potential to sell some unapproved peptides ** Hims & Hers Health HIMS.N rise 5% to $29.35 after the US health department says it will temporarily allow sale of some unapproved peptides
** Telehealth firm HIMS has said it plans to offer peptides if regulations permit
** The interim policy covers six peptides, including popular tissue-repair compound BPC-157, while regulators decide on formally permitting their use in compounded medicines
** Leerink analyst Michael Cherny says move theoretically pulls forward the opportunity on these peptides by several months at least
** But cautions, "this notice is still far from the "green light" that HIMS might need to see in order to decide to fully capitalize on the opportunity"
** Stock down 10.6% YTD
