Hiro Metaverse Acquisitions I S.A., a special purpose acquisition company
formed to focus on a Business Combination, announces that the Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at its registered office
address,17, Boulevard F.W. Raiffeisen, L-2411 Luxembourg on 30 June 2023 at
15:00 CEST.
