Hiro Metaverse Acquisitions I S.A., the special purpose acquisition company,
announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company that was
adjourned on 8 June 2022 has been reconvened to be held at its registered
office address,17, Boulevard F.W. Raiffeisen, L-2411 Luxembourg on 7 July 2022
at 16:00 CEST.
