    ** Co begins production at foil mill for ultra thin material
    ** Stock jumps to session's high of 5.6% after the news,
from gains of 2.8% just before
    ** HISR also boosted, along with other metal stocks
 .NIFTYMET , as prices of most base metals rise globally  MET/L 
    ** HISR now up 1%, set to snap three-week losing run
    ** HISR down ~16% YTD; it jumped ~56% in 2023 vs ~19% rise
in NIFTYMET
