** Shares of Hotel Leelaventure Ltd  HTLE.NS  rise as much
as 19.8 percent to hit upper trading circuit 
    ** A consortium, including Thailand's Minor International
PCL  MINT.BK , is considering an investment of around $350 mln

    ** HTLE shares down 57.5 pct this year as of last close
