    ** Shares of Hotel Leelaventure Ltd  HTLE.NS  rise as much
as 19.8 percent to 10.6 rupees, hit upper trading circuit
    ** A consortium, including Thailand's Minor International
PCL  MINT.BK , is considering an investment of around $350 mln

    ** Leelaventure says co and lenders are evaluating various
