Result of Audit Tender

 

Hochschild Mining PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has completed a formal
tender process, overseen by its Audit Committee, for the audit of the Company
and its subsidiaries (the 'Group').

 

This process resulted in a recommendation from the Audit Committee, which has
been considered and endorsed by the Board, that Deloitte LLP be appointed as
the Group's auditor with the engagement commencing with the review of the H1
2026 financial statements.  Accordingly, a resolution will be put to
shareholders for approval at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, appointing
Deloitte LLP as auditor.

 

Ernst & Young LLP, who have been the Group's auditor since 2006, will
continue in the role until the approval of the 2025 financial statements.
