Aug 7(Reuters) - iStudy Co Ltd  2345.T  
     
    * Says it will issue 652,500 new shares through private 
placement, at the price of 1,080 yen per share, with payment 
date on Aug. 23 
    * Says e frontier Inc will increase voting power in the 
company to 12.1 percent from 0 percent and an investment limited 
liability partnership will increase voting power in the company 
to 13.1 percent from 0 percent
