    * Says it will set up a Indonesia-based JV named PT.HOKKAN
DELTAPACK with PT DELTAPACK INDUSTRI(DPI), in December 
    * Says it will hold 80 percent stake in the JV 
    * Says the JV will take over package manufacture business
from DPI
