April 26 (Reuters) - Nikkei: 
 * Toyo Seikan Group Holdings and Hokkan Holdings have agreed to integrate their 
   management  
 * Plan is to make Hokkan a wholly owned Toyo Seikan subsidiary in April 2017  
 * Hokkan's shares will be exchanged for an as-yet-undetermined number of toyo 
   seikan's; Hokkan is seen delisting
