 * Letter confirming that the joint venture company's tender submitted for Tuen Mun town lot no. 547 
 * Joint venture company's tender for land premium of HK$2.71 billion has been 
   accepted by the government 
 * Land premium is to be funded by the two shareholders of the joint venture   company on a pro rata basis
