 * Add new energy-placing of new shares under general mandate  2623.HK  
 * Co entered into the placing agreement with placing agent in relation to the  placing of the placing shares 
 * Procceds will be used for general working capital of the group and for  funding investment opportunities 
 * Co agreed to place up to 400 million placing shares at placing price of RMB0.107 per placing share 
 * Gross proceeds and net proceeds from placing will be approximately RMB42.80 million and RMB41.40 million respectively
