Sept 22 (Reuters) - Add New Energy Investment Holdings 
Group: 
    * Shandong ishine shall acquire entire equity interests in 
yishui rongsheng new energy limited from vendors 
    * Registered capital of target company is rmb20 million 
    * Target co will actively carry out construction of 
associated power network, expected to be put into use for wind 
power generation in q1 2017 
    * Shandong ishine shall acquire entire equity interests in 
target company from vendors at a consideration of rmb20 million 
    * Unit entered into an equity acquisition agreement with 
shandong lvxing modern agriculture limited 
    * Expected that completion of acquisition will take place 
before 30 september 2016
