 * HK CHINESE LTD joint announcement - disposals of interest in oue h-trust 
and/or oue c-reit  0226.HK  
 * Hennessy disposed 22.6 million units in OUE h-trust through married trade to 
purchaser a, for the consideration of s$14.7 million 
 * Wonder plan disposed 6.3 million units in OUE h-trust and 9.4 million units 
in OUE c-reit for about s$4.1 million and about s$6.1 million respectively 
 * Wonder plan disposed 23.2 million units in oue h-trust for the aggregate 
consideration of approximately s$15.1 million
