HONGKONG LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')

2025 FINAL DIVIDEND

We wish to advise the following sterling equivalent of the 2025 final dividend
of the Company.  The dividend will be paid on 13 May 2026, subject to
approval at the Annual General Meeting.

2025 final dividend per share: US cents 19.00

GBP equivalent: 14.0605 pence
