Honye Financial Services Ltd (LSE: HOYE), gives notice that the Annual General
Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 am BST on Friday 25
August 2023 at the offices of Locke Lord LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, Spitalfields,
London EC2M 3AB.

 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be mailed to shareholders of the
Company on 1 August 2023 in accordance with the Company's articles of
association and will be also available on 1 August 2023 on the Company's
