Amgen completes acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics

Oct 6 (Reuters) - Amgen  AMGN.O  said on Friday it had
completed the acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics  HZNP.O  after
it received the go-ahead last month from the U.S. Federal Trade
Commission.
   The companies said in September they expected the deal to
close early in the fourth quarter.
