** Amgen AMGN.O said it had completed the $27.8
billion acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics HZNP.O after it
received the go-ahead from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission
(FTC) last month on certain conditions.

** Shares of Pioneer Natural Resources PXD.N rose 10%
in premarket trading following reports that top U.S. oil and gas
producer Exxon Mobil XOM.N was in advanced talks to buy the
shale producer in a deal valued at about $60 billion.

** Australian billionaire Gina Rinehart raised her stake
again in lithium producer Liontown Resources LTR.AX , giving
