       Oct 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Friday:

        ** Amgen  AMGN.O  said it had completed the $27.8
billion acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics  HZNP.O  after it
received the go-ahead from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission
(FTC) last month on certain conditions.

        ** Shares of Pioneer Natural Resources  PXD.N  rose 10%
in premarket trading following reports that top U.S. oil and gas
producer Exxon Mobil  XOM.N  was in advanced talks to buy the
shale producer in a deal valued at about $60 billion.

        ** Australian billionaire Gina Rinehart raised her stake
again in lithium producer Liontown Resources  LTR.AX , giving
her enough leverage to possibly block U.S. miner Albemarle

        ** Microsoft  MSFT.O  is aiming to close its $69 billion
deal for "Call of Duty" publisher Activision Blizzard  ATVI.O 
on Oct. 13 if it gets approval from Britain's antitrust
regulator, the Verge reported, citing a source.

Thursday its parent and Shanghai-based Haitong Securities
 600837.SS  has made HK$3.42 billion ($436.66 million) offer to

    ** Australian gold miner Newcrest Mining  NCM.AX  said 
Newmont Corporation  NEM.N , its suitor for a proposed A$26.2
billion ($16.68 billion) buyout, had received all government

    ** Real estate investment firm Rithm Capital  RITM.N  is
sticking by its original offer to buy Sculptor Capital
Management  SCU.N  agreed in July, even as the hedge fund's
special committee evaluates a sweetened bid from a consortium
headed by investor Boaz Weinstein, according to a regulatory
filing made on Thursday.

    ** Shareholders of global grains merchant and oilseeds
processor Bunge  BG.N  approved the company's acquisition of
Glencore-backed  GLEN.L  Viterra during a shareholder meeting on
