** Shares of Horizon Therapeutics PLC  HZNP.O  slide 18% to
$92.02 premarket after report Amgen's $27.8 billion deal for the
biotech firm
    ** The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is expected to file a
lawsuit as early as Tuesday to block the deal, a person familiar
with the matter told Reuters
    ** Stock has jumped 42.8% since co said its board was
engaged in highly early discussions with three pharmaceutical
giants for potential takeover offers
    ** HZNP shares are up 24.1% over the past 12 months
