HOTEL CHOCOLAT GROUP PLC ("HOTEL CHOCOLAT")

CANCELLATION OF TRADING OF HOTEL CHOCOLAT SHARES

Further to the announcement on 25 January 2024 that the Scheme for the
acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Hotel
Chocolat by Hive Bidco, Inc. has now become effective in accordance with its
terms, Hotel Chocolat confirms that AIM has cancelled the admission to trading
of Hotel Chocolat Shares on AIM with effect from 7.00 a.m. today, 26 January
2024.

the same meanings as set out in the Scheme Document. All references to times
in this announcement are to London, United Kingdom times unless otherwise
