Notice of AGM, Posting of Annual Report and Investor Meeting

 

Hotel Chocolat Group plc, a premium British chocolate maker, confirms that, on
6 December 2022, it posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended
26 June 2022 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

 

The Company is also pleased to announce that management will give a live
presentation via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform in the new year.

Harris, who are still executives within the business, and has traded under the
