Feb 22 (Reuters) - Dome Energy publ AB  DOMEN.ST : 
    * Dome's lawyers finally reached settlement with defendant 
at $1.5 million instead of initial amount requested of $2 
million 
    * Says $1.5 million will cover all costs related to 
incident, and eventually also plugging current well bore, and a 
re-drill at location
