DTEK ENERGY GROUP RESTRUCTURING
 
The DTEK Energy group (the "Group") hereby announces that it has appointed Houlihan Lokey, as its financial adviser, and Latham & Watkins LPP, as its legal adviser, and, together with its advisers, is developing a comprehensive restructuring solution in respect of substantially all its outstanding bank indebtedness and DTEK Finance PLC's 10.75% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2024.
The Group is looking forward to engaging constructively with its financial creditors with the aim to conclude a consensual resolution and preserve the value of the business.
