Sub: Intimation under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
In accordance with Regulation 29(1)(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, to consider, inter alia, a proposal for raising of funds by issue of equity shares or other securities including through preferential issue, qualified institutions placement or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof, subject to such approvals, as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the Corporation, in order to subscribe to the securities of HDFC Bank Limited on a preferential basis.
The Corporation, if required, would further consider seeking the approval of its shareholders for the above proposal, if the same is approved by the Board.
We also wish to inform that the window for trading in the Securities of the Corporation is closed and shall continue to remain closed up to Thursday, December 21, 2017, in terms of the HDFC Share Dealing Code and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
