Sub:    Intimation under Regulation 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 
 
This is further to our letters dated June 19, 2020 and July 21, 2020 regarding the approval of the Committee of Directors and the approval of shareholders through postal ballot respectively, with regard to raising of funds by way of issuance of securities through one or more modes for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 14,000 crore. We also refer to our letter dated July 13, 2020 informing you about the board meeting scheduled to be held on July 30, 2020 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.
 
Pursuant to the said shareholders' approval, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at the said meeting would also consider matters relating to the fund raising namely, the nature of securities, amount to be raised, mode(s) of issuance, etc.
