Sub: Intimation under Regulation 29 and 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') for consideration of interim dividend in a manner similar to previous years and fixing of Record Date
We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited ('the Corporation') is scheduled to be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 at its Corporate Office, to inter alia consider and approve payment of interim dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Corporation for the financial year ending March 31, 2018. The objective of payment of interim dividend is to distribute dividends received by the Corporation from its subsidiary companies during the year to the Corporation's shareholders.
We further wish to inform you that the Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled to the said interim dividend, if approved by the Board, shall be Saturday, March 24, 2018. Accordingly, the payment of interim dividend to the said shareholders, if approved, would commence from Thursday, March 29, 2018.
We also wish to inform you that the window for trading in the Securities of the Corporation will be closed from the time of this notice and shall remain closed up to Sunday, March 18, 2018 for all the employees and directors of the Corporation, in terms of the HDFC Share Dealing Code and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
This intimation is being uploaded on the website of the Corporation i.e. www.hdfc.com.
