Ref:    Intimation under Regulations 29, 42 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

 

Sub:    Approval of the annual audited financial results of Housing
Development Finance Corporation Limited (the Corporation) for the quarter/year
ended March 31, 2023, the consolidated financial results for the quarter/ year
ended March 31, 2023 and other important matters.

 

We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Corporation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 inter alia, to consider the
following:

 

1.   Approval of the annual audited financial results of the Corporation for
the quarter/year ended March 31, 2023;

2.   Approval of the annual audited consolidated financial results for the
quarter/ year ended March 31, 2023;

3.   Recommendation of dividend (interim or final), if any, for the
financial year 2022-23; and

4.   Fixation of Record Date/ Book Closure, if any.

 

The outcome of the board meeting and the said results along with reports
issued by the joint statutory auditors of the Corporation will be submitted to
you, in accordance with the Listing Regulations.

 

We also wish to inform that the window for trading in the securities of the
Corporation has been closed with effect from Saturday, April 1, 2023 and shall
continue to remain closed up to Saturday, May 6, 2023 (both days inclusive)
for all the employees, designated employees and directors of the Corporation
including their immediate relatives, in terms of the HDFC Securities Dealing
Code and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
