Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
This is further to our letter dated February 14, 2017, informing you about the establishment of Medium Term Note Programme (MTN Programme) and also with respect to our letter dated May 4, 2017 regarding grant of in-principle approval of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for issuance of Rupee Denominated Bonds for an amount not exceeding `5,000 crore under the automatic route. 
We also refer to our letter dated June 22, 2017, informing you that the Corporation has executed a subscription agreement with International Finance Corporation, Washington (IFC) whereby IFC would subscribe to the Rupee Denominated Bonds to be issued Overseas by the Corporation.
In this connection, we wish to inform you that the Corporation is now contemplating undertaking an issuance of rupee denominated bonds under the said MTN Programme to IFC.
The terms of the bonds, including issue size, pricing and tenure are expected to be agreed, subject to market conditions, on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 and will be intimated to you in due course.
We request you to bring the above to the notice of all concerned. Kindly acknowledge receipt.
