We refer to our letter dated November 9, 2017, informing you about the issuance of Rupee Denominated Bonds under the Medium Term Note Programme to International Finance Corporation, Washington.
In this connection, we wish to inform you that, the Corporation has closed the said issue today on the following terms:
 Issue Size : ` 1300 Crore
 Coupon  : 6.73% per annum payable semi-annually
 Maturity : November 25, 2022 (5 years 9 days)
The bonds are unrated and will be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
