In accordance with the captioned regulations and the letter issued by Reserve
Bank of India (RBI) bearing reference number
CO.ENFD.DENBFC.No.S920/02-14-263/2022-23 dated March 17, 2023, this is to
inform you that RBI has imposed a monetary penalty of Rs. 5,00,000 on the
Corporation in exercise of powers conferred under Section 52A(1)(b) read with
Section 49(3)(aa) of the NHB Act, 1987.

 

The Corporation will be taking necessary steps to comply with the said letter.

 

You are requested to take note of the above and arrange to bring this to the
notice of all concerned.
