We enclose herewith a letter received from HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited (HDFC Life), a material non listed subsidiary of the Corporation, informing that the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of HDFC Life has today i.e., on July 28, 2017, taken on record that the Corporation and Standard Life (Mauritius Holdings) 2006 Limited have approved offering of up to 19,12,46,050 equity shares and 10,85,81,768 equity shares representing 9.57% and 5.43%, respectively aggregating up to 29,98,27,818 equity shares of Rs.10 each of HDFC Life representing 15% of its issued and paid-up equity share capital, as on current date, by way of Offer for Sale in the Initial Public Offering of HDFC Life.
