Sub: Offer price under the proposed Initial Public Offering of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited
With reference to our earlier communication in relation to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited (HDFC Life), the Corporation and Standard Life (Mauritius Holdings) 2006 Limited, in consultation with Global Co-ordinators and Book Running Lead Managers (GCBRLM) and the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLM) to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of HDFC Life, have finalized the Offer Price (including the Anchor Investor Offer Price) at ` 290 per Equity Share of HDFC Life. 
Accordingly, the size of the IPO aggregates to ` 8,695.01 crore consisting of 29,98,27,818 equity shares of` ` 10 each of HDFC Life, subject to finalization of Basis of Allotment.
